Return and Refund policy
Up2NoGood World has a 30-day return policy, which means you have a window of 30 days after receiving your item(when it is delivered) to request a return on eligible items. Shipping Rates are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Customer is responsible for restocking fee of $6 dollars.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Item must be clean, and in sale-able condition.The item must be unaltered and free of any odors or fragrances.
If an item does not meet this criteria, it will be denied and sent back to the customer at the customers expense. Up2NoGood World reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
Any robot or other automatic device or software connected to a purchasing services is prohibited. If we reasonably determine that any order or attempted order was made by or through the use of any robot or other automatic device or software, we have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to deny or to refuse to accept any returns or offer refunds.
You will also need proof of purchase. Items listed as Final sale products are not eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, the customer will be sent a digital return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send out your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Damages and Issues
Customers will have 10 days after product is delivered to reach out to the Up2NoGood World Support Team at support@up2nogoodworld.com if there are issues with their order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Final Sale Items
Final sale products are not eligible for returns and or exchanges. Final sale products will be indicated as such in product description.
Exchanges
Up2NoGood World does not currently offer direct exchanges. To ensure you get what you want, request a return on the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
All shipping costs are non-refundable. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note that refunds will not be processed until product is received and inspected by our customer service team. No exceptions.
